December 31, 2016

The replacement spring was for Conair Model CD102J. I purchased the heavier gage 1 inch spring (#1002). The original spring was the thinner gage which I did not know until I was able to compare the two springs side by side. The one inch size was correct for this model.

I feel the thinner gage spring (#1005) would have been a better choice however, because the heavier gage wire forced me to open the screw holding the "spring-clamp" to the heating tube a greater amount. The spring-clamp may have smaller slots for thinner spring prongs.

Thus it was difficult to tighten down the spring-clamp bracket over larger spring prongs. Once the curling iron was assembled I realized the spring had shifted sideways because the prongs could not be clamped down tight enough to prevent any shifting off center. The curling iron is still workable with the spring askew, but will not open up fully as a result.

To reassemble I used tape to hold the plastic washers in place on either side of the curling iron heat tube before placing the curling iron clamp bar onto the heating tube. Then while holding the pieces together I wrapped the curling iron in a cloth and clamped it in a vice grip pliers to hold the pieces together. I replaced the screws on either side of the curling iron. The cloth prevented scratches in the curling iron from the pliers.

If I had to do this again, I would definitely use the thinner gage spring (#1005) for a better fit and not worry about how long the spring would last.

Hello, I have a Conair ¾” barrel curling iron. I can’t find the Model number on the iron. I installed the spring just fine as I have done it many times before. I appreciate you having a website for replacement parts. The spring fits great and I have used it for about a week.

My curling iron is a Conair model # CD87S ( I think, can't find my magnifying glass) the spring (#1005) fit and worked great very easy to install, I went on YouTube and found a video that showed step by step how to do it, it was very simple video. Postage was almost twice the cost of the spring but was worth it. Arrived in 3 days

The model number of my iron is Conair CD81J. (Spring 1001) However, your mailing fee is unnecessarily expensive. It does not cost $4 to send something that small.

Kate M.

*** The $4.00 charge for shipping and handling, is because the shipped package is thicker than 1/4 inch, and the Post Office forces us into a higher pricing bracket of $2.62 which includes tracking. The Post Office also requires us to have a padded outer envelope and an inner envelope so the spring legs don't punch through the package. The Post office will kick the packages back to us if we try using just a stamp. ***

Thank you!!! My feedback so far: I have a Conair Infiniti blue curling iron. I have ordered this spring (#1005) from you in the past. Probably a few years ago? The installation was super easy but the spring broke again. So I don't know the life of a spring but this will now be the third one for my curling iron. I will say, however, I use mine about 5 times a week so I really give mine a workout. Super fast shipping. My hair thanks you!

November 14, 2016

Thank you for you email. The springs (#1007) have since been received and installed successfully.

The curling iron is a Paul Mitchell model C15NA.

Springs are easily installed using a small Phillips head screwdriver to remove the iron handle and the old broken spring then fit the new replacement spring provided. Once the new spring is screwed into place refit the handle and fasten screws. The iron can then be used as normal.

Regards,

Nigel P.

November 11, 2016

November 7, 2016

Happy to let you know about your spring (#1006). The Model is a Pro Beauty Tool, Model No. PBIR1880 I have a favorite curling iron which when I bought it I thought it was quite expensive and really good quality. Years later the clasp became stiff and wouldn't grip so that my hair slipped right through and the iron was unusable. When I asked my hair guru, she knew immediately it must be the spring. I tried to find them locally without any luck so I looked on line. When I found Replacement Springs, I knew I had found the right place. Their pictures are accurate and instructions perfectly understandable. Ordering was easy and delivery prompt. Following those instructions, I ordered two of my springs and when they came, they fit perfectly. Disassembling and reassembling the curling iron was really easy and quick. Now I have my favorite iron back! Yahoo!!!

November 3, 2016

Thanks Shaun! We received the springs the other day. I installed them on my wife's curling iron a couple of days ago. They are 1" springs (#1006). The clamp used to attach them to the iron is narrower than the spring, so I had to squeeze them together a bit to get them to fit in the clamp. But once installed they work as advertised. I've included a picture so you can see what I mean, I hope.

Thanks again!

Carl D.

September 23, 2016

The brand of the curling iron I am repairing is Brazilian Heat - After Dark Titanium by Belson Products, model BBH3105. The spring 1009 is the best fit. The 1003 is a little long but will also work just fine. The 1007 would be a good fit if I clip off the curved prong tips. My wife really likes this iron and says it is as good as new. Very easy to install with an ordinary phillips screwdriver. Happy wife, happy life! Glad you are making these springs available. Fast shipping and great service.

Thanks,

Jimmy W.

September 21, 2016

Excellent customer service, well made replacement springs, and the video clip at the website on how to replace the spring was easy to follow! Also there were some awesome testimonials showing how to replace the spring. I was looking at buying replacement springs from Sally's Beauty Supply first. But thank goodness I found this website instead! MUCH MUCH better quality springs! Will definitely last twice as long or more versus buying elsewhere!

Hot Shot Tools (by Helen of Troy) Curling Iron Model # 1005
Replacement spring is item # 1006

September 20, 2016

Ordered Several springs for my daughters Paul Mitchell C10NA curling Iron. Springs ordered were #1001, #1002 and #1006. They all work great. The #1001 is just like the original spring. The #1002 and #1006 are heavier springs that take a bit more pressure to open. All fit the iron, worked great and my daughter is very happy. Extremely easy to install, took every bit of 2 minutes.

Thanks,

David S.

September 15, 2016

Hello! I received my 2 curling iron springs today! It wasn't until today that I was able to locate the actual model number on my curling iron, and I could be wrong, but I don't see it listed on your curling iron model number list.

I have a Conair Infiniti Pro model number CD410TPX. I ordered spring 1005, and it fits beautifully! I have arthritis in my hands, and I was still able to install the spring fairly easily! I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to hold the clip on while I put the screws in once I had the new spring installed, and it took a little doing, but it was easier than I thought it was going to be!

I have two of these curling irons (two different sizes barrels) and I love them! It's really nice to be able to replace the spring instead of having to buy a new curling iron! I'm so glad I did an Internet search on "curling iron replacement spring" and found you guys! I'd recommend you to anyone who has a broken curling iron spring!

Thank you so much!

Sharyl W.

September 10, 2016

I received the replacement springs (#1002) yesterday and put the springs in my girlfriends Hot Tools model #1181 and model#1101 the curling irons take the same spring and your replacement springs fit and worked perfect less than 5min per iron.

Thank you!

September 5, 2016

Just to say thank you for an excellent all round service. The springs (#1005) arrived today and fitted very easily. The first set of tongs were bought some years ago but the spring failed and I was unable to find a replacement. Because I liked these tongs I was fortunate to be able to buy another pair of the same in an end of line sale. After some time the spring in these also failed. As there was nothing else wrong with them I kept both pairs hoping at some point to buy new springs. I am so pleased to have been able to purchase these from you. Really appreciated. Thank you very much. The tongs in question are REVLON INSTANT HEAT: TYPE CD 81 REF 9203 230V - 240V 50Hz 85W

September 4, 2016

I just purchased spring #1007 for my BaByliss Pro curling iron, 1 and one quarter inch barrel, model #BABC125SC. Had to work with it a bit, but is now installed and works great!!

Theresa U.

*** All of the other BaByliss Pro's similar to this curling iron take a 1" spring. Be sure to measure your old spring. We are not sure the #1007 which is a 1-1/4" spring is the right spring for this iron until we get more people to confirm it. The barrel size of the curling iron does not mean the spring size. ***

August 31, 2016

I received the spring (#1005) today and immediately did the install. To prevent any confusion in position of the studs and the steel wire support frame, it is best to make a snapshot image of the curling iron prior to disassembly. This is just my general recommendation. I would suggest a Sears Craftsman tool #41796 as a screw-driver. What I have is a Conair corporation of East Windsor, NJ 08520 – Curling Iron- Model- CD87Z

This Conair is exactly 20 years old. Photos are attached. One of the arms of the original spring snapped, so it needed a replacement.

Disassembly steps:

1. Retract steel supporting wire frame sideways

2. Studs and metal tongue come loose

3. Partially loosen the screw holding the spring retaining plate (just enough to slide in the new spring)

4. Put in new spring

5. Reassemble Overall disassembly- assembly time- 3 to 5 minutes.

I Sincerely hope this helps. Photos are attached.

Best,

NP

August 27, 2016

Hi, I received the springs (#1009) today. Although the legs are about 1/4 inch shorter than the originals, the spring fits and the tongs now function well. The tongs are Babyliss Pro Type 17K Ref: BAB2243U.

I installed the spring (1006) today in my wife’s Hot Tools Model 1102 curling iron. It works very well. I’m glad to see the roller is stainless steel which should wear longer than the original brass. I did order an extra spring. Great service from your company. Received it in 4 days after ordering. Thank you,

Frank O.

August 22, 2016

I put the new spring in a Conair Infinite Pro curling iron. It was easy to install and it works fine. The new spring (#1009) is heavier than the old one and more than 1 1/8” long but it still worked great. Thank you for the great price and the fast shipment.

James S.

August 17, 2016

I have a Power IQ 1” barrel curling iron. Can’t see the model number as it’s worn off. I purchased the 1001 spring and my husband easily installed the new spring in about 5 minutes. So glad to find a source for replacing springs in irons. In the 70’s we would have loved to have a source to get replacement springs. In those days would have to buy new irons.

Elaine G.

August 9, 2016

Just wanted to let you know the replacement springs work great in my curling irons. I bought the #1009 springs and put them in 2 Helen of Troy regular 3/4 professional curling irons. Model 1501N. New springs are tighter than originals so more clamping power! Great for my super straight hair.

Thanks for saving my irons with a simple fix.

Andrea H.

August 2, 2016

The 1" spring (#1006) fit my wife's Helen of Troy model 1006

The 1-3/16" spring (#1009) fit her ION model 301196

Thank you for your products and quick delivery!

I'm so excited I can't even tell you!!! Spring came just in time because I had a film shoot a couple days later! So thank you!!!

Thanks again,

July 26, 2016

The No.1004 works very well in the VS183 Vidal Sassoon model. The open ends of the spring are long enough so they slide into the holes in the frame and stay in place. The No. 1005 is a little short in the open end portion, so the spring tends to slide out of the holes in the frame easily. It can be made to work but isn't quite as reliable or easy to install as the 1004.

July 26, 2016

I ordered spring #1005 and it works great for my Conair, Model number CD87J. I ordered on Friday and the springs arrived on Monday. Thanks for the fast service!

July 25, 2016

Thank you so much for the update - my spring (#1001) arrived on Saturday (wow, so fast!) and worked perfectly with my curling iron. I have the HotnSilky 1 1/3" curling iron (model SBS-234007). This spring was super easy to install and I can't tell you how happy I am not to have to buy a whole new curling iron! You guys are the best!

Thanks again,

Alana T.

July 23, 2016

I am so excited I found you!!!! I have a 1 1/2 Barrel Black and white Hot Tools. I found my curling Iron on your chart HTBW46 1 1/2 in- 1002, 1" spring.

Thankfully it came quicker than I thought. And was easy to install! You just need a screwdriver!

I am so happy. I love this curling Iron and it was so sad when it broke. My boyfriend had suggested that I find a replacement spring. I had no idea something like this even existed.

Thank you for Not price gouging. I live in Los Angeles and everything is so expensive! It was so nice not to have to drive around in traffic and figure out what curling iron I could afford.

You guys made my year! I get to keep my curling Iron and my hair thanks you too!

Sincerely,

Maria P.

July 18, 2016

The spring (#1005) worked great in my Conair Instant Heat curling iron. Sorry. I couldn't find a model number. Do you know where that would be located if it's somewhere on the curling iron? Also, please respond to this email so you know you got it.

Thank you very much! The curling iron works as good as new again.

July 14, 2016

Spring (Item# 1005) was an exact match of the original for Conair model CD82S and easy to install. They appear far more durable than the originals, and delivery was super-fast.

Very pleased!!!

Tips: 1) Measurements matter. I had temporarily replaced the broken spring with one only slightly different from my wife’s other curling iron (Revlon). It fit (barely), but kept slipping to the side, rendering the appliance useless.

2) After fastening the spring on the heating element with the one screw, secure the handle in position against the tension of the spring with a zip tie or the like while securing the two screws that hold it in place. It’ll make installation simpler.

Tom W.

July 12, 2016

I used spring #1004 in a Vidal Sassoon VS105. It seemed a little wide, but I made it fit and it works fine. I had thrown out the original spring when it broke because I didn't know about your site at that time, so I wasn't able to measure it. I had to estimate the size using just the curling iron. Thanks! I'm so happy that I didn't have to throw this in the landfill!

(I haven't used #1005 yet. I got it as a back-up to another old curling iron for when that spring breaks.)

Amy L.

July 8, 2016

I finally received my new spring (#1005) for my wife’s curling iron. It is a Conair, Model # CD82JZRCSC It took about 5 minutes to install.

I replaced the spring (#1002) and am quite happy with it. I have replaced the spring before but the other springs I used were too wimpy. I have a very heave duty curling iron that gets really hot and needed something much stronger. The spring I ordered it perfect! The curling iron is very old but the brand is Conair Model number M122. It is a 1 inch mist curling iron. I will tell my friends about your company becasue I am quite happy with everything :-).

Thanks!

I own a Babyliss Ceramic Tools CT125S I bought from a professional supplier and my friend owns a Jilbere Ceramic Tools CT125S she bought from Sallys, they are the exact same curling iron. My friends spring broke so I replaced it with the 1005 and I purchased a back up spring for mine……so far she says its working great no problems! Spring seems much more durable than the original! Thanks its good to know I no longer have to buy a whole new curling iron when this happens!

June 20, 2016

June 16, 2016

We have a Hot Shot Tools model 1005 curling iron that we ordered 1" spring with curved prongs item number 1006 for. The springs fit perfectly. The repair took less than 5 minutes and was easy fix. I will definitely be using these replacement springs again in the future! The customer service was also wonderful! I ordered on a Saturday so I expected to get the springs late the next week. To my surprise I got them on Monday!

Thank you!

June 15, 2016

The springs (#1007) worked fine I could have used a little lighter spring. The model is an older Windmere teflon coated from the 1990's there is no model number left on it.

Hi there, sorry for the late reply...

Thank you for my order (Spring #1002)!

The curling iron that I have is Babyliss Pro BABC150SC.

Thanks again!

I ordered Clamp #1009 for my Helen of Troy Model 1601N and they fit perfect. Your installation directions were very easy to follow. The clamps were shipped promptly. Your website saved the day, because I love Helen of Troy curling iron and did not want another brand, so glad I found this website. I will be ordering again.

Thanks

Terri J.

Curling Iron Brand is Plugged In. Model #TPC0819.

My husband installed it quite easily (Spring #1001).

Thanks for your prompt delivery.

June 11, 2016

The spring arrived yesterday and it was a tad bigger than the one I had. My old spring was all bent out of shape, so it measured a bit bigger. But the 1 ¼’ spring (#1007***) still worked fine. Given the difference, the 1” is probably closer to what it uses.

I have a Hot Tools model HPK45, by Helen of Troy.

Thank you, I’m happy to have my curling iron back!

Paulette L.

*** This Hot Tools, model HPK45 should take a 1" spring #1006. Always measure your spring to make sure you get the right size. ***

Springs arrived today...fast shipping...awesome. Installation was fairly easy. I've disassembled curling irons so many times in the past in attempts to clean the 'squeak' away, so I was familiar with the process. The new springs were a lot tighter and required some grip strength to get the screws back in, but I expected as much and it wasn't too difficult.

This particular iron is a Hot Tools Model 1110. I ordered replacement springs #1006 after taking it apart and seeing the original spring had curved prongs. (I think the website database may have a recommendation for straight prongs, but the hold-down looks like the curved ones will stay in better without slipping out.)

Definitely a good experience and I won't have to hear the squeak (or cussing) in the morning :)

Thanks for restoring my sanity.

Jim S.

June 9, 2016

First let me say thank goodness I found your website! The response I get from your company both in quality and the fast shipping is exceptional!

I have a 1” barrel Paul Mitchell Express Ion Curl Pro Tool.

The spring (#1001) I ordered was easy to install and works great!

Thanks again,

Karla D.

June 9, 2016

My curling iron is a BaByliss Pro model 385C. And the spring (#1005) fits.

Thanks,

Ann S.

June 4, 2016

I successfully installed the 1009 in my wife’s BaByliss BABNT100S. She gave it a quick test drive resulting in her texting all her friends that I can fix their irons… sounds like success to me. My only note is that the 1009 legs are wider than the existing slots in the spring mount, so it pinches inward a bit. Hopefully that doesn’t result in premature failure, but I ordered a spare 1009 and even a 1007 just in case…

Thank you for operating this business. You’re keeping perfectly good curling irons out of landfills and green in our pockets.

Kind regards,

Jerry C.

ConairCD412BPX. In the past when the springs broke, the manufacturer would send a replacement. My current curling iron is 2 years into a 5 year warranty, but Conair said they could not send a spring to me, but I should send them my curling iron and $5. I thought that I was better off in the long run to buy two springs (#1005) from you, so I have a spare and not be bothered with packaging and mailing the iron.

Sheryl F.

May 24, 2016

My curling iron is a 3/4” Conair Model CD81QCS. I replaced the spring with great ease. The curling iron works as good as new now. I was pleased to be able to replace just the spring (#1005) rather than purchase a new curling iron.

Suzanne R.

May 24, 2016

Super-Fast Shipping, excellent communication and customer service! #1005, I purchased 2 for my babybliss 1”1/4 ceramic curling iron. Installed extremely easily and works like a charm. Love it! So glad I thought to google replacement springs instead of spend money on a new curling iron.

Sincerely,

Amanda H.

May 24, 2016

I bought these for my wife's curling iron which is a Paul Mitchell Express ionCurl XL. The install was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this for anyone rather than buying a new curling iron. Order shipped quickly and was exactly what I needed. Spring # 1007

Thanks!!

Conair CD302TT Install went nice and easy. Gave me the chance to clean it as well!! Spring #1005

May 20, 2016

The curling iron I fixed is a Vidal Sassoon Model VS197. The spring I used was #1007 with the prongs cut off; however, #1009 worked just as well. While both worked (and I left the 1007 installed), I would recommend the 1009 simply because it is easier to install.

Thanks,

Tim S.

May 20, 2016

Just received and installed the new spring. It is perfect for my Babybliss PRO 1" curling iron, model #BABNT100S. Couldn't be easier to install but I am fine working with a screwdriver. The spring appears to be of high quality which should last years. Glad to have found your website and not waste a perfectly fine curling iron.

May 18, 2016

The spring (#1006) provided worked great. My wife has a Hot Tools model # 1110.

May 16, 2016

Conair Infiniti Model CD120

Conair Infiniti Model CD108WFN

This is the second time I have purchased springs (#1005) from you. They don't last as long as the original but in the long run I save money because I don't have to buy new irons.

Jill M.

May 10, 2016

The new curling iron spring (#1005) worked very well. I have a Conair Model CD87Z, which looks very much like the one in the online video. The instructions in the video were excellent, very easy to follow. I was happy not to have to contribute to landfill by throwing the entire curling iron away.

Thanks!

Paula P.

May 10, 2016

The springs (#1001) that we ordered arrived and they work great. They are for Power IQ 3/4" curling irons. The model Nos. are worn off.

Thank you,

May 10, 2016

Hi - I fixed my CHI GF1557 model curling iron with spring 1002. Works well, very pleased. Replacement of iron would have cost me over $100.

Thank you!

Barbara P.

May 9, 2016

The shipment of my spring order arrived today. The model number of my Vidal Sassoon curling iron was worn off but it did not have a rollerball and your webpage was very clear and specific about which spring I needed. So I ordered the #1004 and it is the exact one I needed. The installation was very quick and easy. Absolutely no problems installing.

My only problem is I probably ordered too many (6) because the curling iron will probably die before I break that many. Guess I over reacted. Not sure what I was thinking.

Anyway, your web site was easy to navigate and after I entered the brand it was pretty clear which spring matched my broken one.

Thanks for the fast shipping.

Patricia S.

May 8, 2016

1. This is a “CURLMASTER CERAMICS TOURMALINE”. Model appears to be CM1336 (Difficult to read).

2. The spring (#1007) fit perfectly. The only problem I encountered was the size of the attaching hardware. Very small.

3. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and quality of your product. I will be informing my friends of the availability of your product.

Eugene V.

Item #1006 fits the Hot Tools 1 1/4" curling iron Model HT1110 perfectly. Add it to the website for easier ordering. Thanks and I'll definitely be reordering.

I just purchased the 1001 spring for my “Plugged In” Model #TPC0825 curling iron. They are perfect and so easy to change.

Thank you!

Diane C.

April 29, 2016

Thank you, I received them (springs #1006)! My curling irons are Hot Tools 2102 and 2110.

Caroll E.

April 27, 2016

i have installed your springs on the following two models:

HAI 1.5’ curling iron (C-0303)
HAI 1.25’ curling iron (C-0302)

Your 1’ springs (1001) are working on both models so far. However, your springs are larger and not the exact shape as the original HAI springs. The original HAI springs are about .75’ in length and have the bent ends like your 1007 model.

Regards,

Loris F.

April 27, 2016

The spring (#1001) I received was perfect and was easy to install. The Curling iron I have is called “Plugged In” Model #TPC0825. I will defiantly tell my friends they can replace the springs instead of purchasing a new curling iron.

Diane G.

April 27, 2016

We received the springs (#1002) on 4/25, very quick turn around! Installing the spring was as easy as removing and replacing the three screws that hold down the spring and the curling lever. The curling iron is a Helen of Troy model 1009.

Judy S.

April 26, 2016

Per your request, I am advising that I ordered two curling iron springs (#1001) for the following curling iron: Power IQ, Model #734111. My husband replaced the spring for me. Your provided instructions on the computer were perfect, and the curling iron is working beautifully. Since the shipping was the same, I ordered an extra spring "just in case." Thank you for providing such a valuable service!

pace e bene,

Sandra B.

April 25, 2016

I put the #1004 spring in Linda’s curling iron and it seems to work fine. It is a Power IQ curling iron by Intertek. Model # 734773

Received the new springs (#1005) today. Installed one and it works like a charm...actually stronger than the original spring! My wife's curling iron is an Infinity Pro made by Conair.
Thanks again for your outstanding service.

Best regards,

April 16, 2016

My curling iron is a Hot Tools model # 2181. I got tired of getting the wrong springs or thin one from Sally beauty supply so I thought I would go online and see what was available. Put the new #1002 spring in and it works like a charm. Thank you so much.

Janet R.

April 14, 2016

I have replaced the spring (#1002) in my wife's curling iron several times. It's a Hot Tools 5/8 curling iron, model #1109.

Thanks,

Jerry H.

April 14, 2016

I received the new spring (#1001) yesterday and installed it easily. I have only used my Conair Infiniti (Model CD107TN) once since installing the new spring but it worked perfectly. I am very happy that I was able to repair my curling iron rather than having to replace it.

Thank you,

Susan M.

April 6, 2016

Hello: finally had time today to mess with curling iron springs today. I'm attaching picture (at end of whole email) of the 1003 and 1007 with my old spring in the middle. You can see one is too little and one is to long but I tried the 1007 with the prongs cut off like you suggested and it worked just fine. Even though in picture it looks shorter, once in the iron the ball at end hits where the old ball did inside of handle. I tried iron right away and so far so good. The two smaller curled up spring parts on 1007 than the wire curls on my old spring also did not seem to impact it at all.

I am also attaching picture of my curling iron for your website or files. So Vidal Sassoon curling iron model VS196...1/2 inch barrel uses a #1007...no prongs. Looks a little smaller but works fine.

Thank you so very very much for your help. I definitely will recommend your site. it was a lifesaver for me.

Elisabeth H.

April 5, 2016

I used received the #1009 for my One-N-Only, Model #ONOMH100S. It worked like a charm! The curling iron has all parts screwed on (no welds) so it was really easy to change out the spring.
I ordered two extra springs for the future! Thank you so much, I'm so glad I didn't have to throw away my curling iron.

The Replacement Spring Item #1007 that I ordered fit my ION Curling Model Number SBS301134 perfectly.

Thank you so much for my replacement.

Dawn M.

March 28, 2016

Thanks for the springs(#1009); they arrived in good order. Replacing the broken spring on my curling iron was a simple disassemble / reassemble and the new spring works great. The replacement spring is a slightly heavier gauge than the original, and it requires a little bit more of a squeeze to open the barrel clip, but I like it better. It feels sturdier.

Model: Revlon RV 051, with a 1" barrel.

I am pleased I found your website. You saved me from having to buy a new curling iron!

Wendy R.

March 24, 2016

Of course! The spring (#1009) works perfect despite how much bigger it looked from the original spring. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Brand: Jilbere
Model #: JBNS150CS

Thanks

Mattea W.

March 22, 2016

I ordered the 1001 spring for my Paul Mitchell ion express 1.5" curling. It shipped super fast, fit perfectly, super easy to install and is the same tension as the spring that broke! So glad I found this website.

March 21, 2016

I received my curling iron springs (#1009) promptly. They were a bit tricky to replace. It took two people. But, my curling iron is working great now. I am happy to have the new spring. And, I'm very happy to have found a place I can purchase replacement springs.

Lisa V.

March 20, 2016

Received my springs (#1006). They are perfect. Has made my wife very happy; without her properly functioning curling iron, she's not a pleasant person. Thanks for your great service. If I need more, I'll know where to go.

I have installed the spring (#1005) in my wife’s Belson Products Gold-N-Hot GH9207B curling iron and it works very well. For some it may be a bit strong but my wife is very happy with it. It is not an exact replica of the original but fits and works well.

Thank you.

Jim P.

March 14, 2016

Hello , i recently purchased a 1-3/16" spring (#1009) for my wifes curling iron. It works great. So glad to fix this affordably. I mis-measured the old spring however. It still worked perfect. The make/model: Babyliss Pro BABNT125S. This unit actually comes with a 1-1/4" spring.

Thanks again.

Brad P.

March 14, 2016

Got the springs (#1005). They fit. My curling iron is old and I don't know what it was called. It has a1 inch metal barrel and I can just make out 06048 on the side. Hope that helps.

March 11, 2016

I am happy to say that CurlingIronReplacementSprings.com saved the day...as well as my curling iron! The spring had loosened and it wouldn't hold my hair tight enough to curl it. So I figured the life of the curling iron was done. I tossed it in the waste basket in my bathroom and planned on buying a new one over the weekend. Instead that night I had a thought that maybe someone sold just the springs...and curlingironreplacementsprings.com is exactly the place that does...with their handy chart I was able to find the one that fits my curling iron, it was shipped to me within 3 days. I easily replaced it and I'm happy to say my $60 curling iron is once again in operation. Thanks for saving me money on not having to buy a new one!

My replacement (Spring #1007) fits just great! I have an Ion Curling Iron.

Thank you

March 4, 2016

The spring replacement (#1004) was used in a Revlon Curling Iron. Model # RVIR1112 My husband installed it this morning with ease and it actually works far better than the original spring even though the style was a bit different. I am very satisfied and have a spare (as I purchased 2) if it happens again. However, the quality of the replacement from your company seems far superior than the original. It also arrived within 2-3 days.

Very happy, thank you

Marijane C.

March 1, 2016

Thank you for the fast shipment, I received my spring yesterday and it worked out perfectly. I own the Paul Mitchell ProTools Express Ion Curl 1" curling iron. I believe I ordered replacement spring 1001, which works great for this curling iron. Let me know if you have any more questions.

I received the 2 springs that I ordered for my wife’s curling irons yesterday, February 24, 2016. My wife has 2 Babyliss Pro “Nano Titanium” curling irons. They are light blue in color. I replaced the broken spring in one curling iron and I have a spare spring when the next spring breaks. The 1 in. spring (#1002) is the correct size for the specific curling iron referenced above.

Thank you for all of your help!

February 23, 2016

Thank you so much for this website, totally saved me the time & money of finding a new curling iron! My iron is at least 6 years old - it's a Jilbere, Model #JB125S - I took a gamble that the closest model # from the list on your website would work for me and it did. Installation was a breeze. I will definitely tell anyone who mentions a curling iron broken spring issue about your website! Kudos to you! (Spring # 1005)

Sincerely,

Just finished replacing the broken spring and it works great! I didn’t even need the directions. The curling iron model is Paul Mitchell Express Ion Curling Iron, Black/Silver, Model C38NA, 3/8” barrel. The springs (#1001) were received quickly after our order. The only recommendation we can think of is to include the link to your site again in the packaging so we could find it easier if we needed the directions. We will definitely share this with our friends! It was great to be able to find a replacement spring rather than having to purchase a new curling iron at over $75!

January 25, 2016

The order was fine and I had no problem installing the spring (#1005) in my curling iron. The information on the model etc. has worn off, however, I bought it at Sally’s Beauty Supply and it is one of the gold ceramic 1” barrel models.

January 25, 2016

Thank you for sending my curling iron spring (#1001). I got it quickly and my beloved curling iron is fixed and working like new! I got this curling iron almost 5 years ago and spent about $100. It has been the best one ever! When the spring broke, I was heartbroken. I didn't want to spend the money on a new curling iron and my husband suggested I try and find the spring online. Your site was easy to locate and ordering was a breeze, too. Thanks so much for your excellent service! I'll tell all my friends :)

January 25, 2016

My curling iron is an Ion model number 301198. The spring (#1006) I ordered was larger than the one 1" I had. I did get it on, so far so good.

Kim A.

January 23, 2016

I have two Conair Ceramic 1” barrel curling irons that look almost the same: CD301AT (older) and CD101J (newer). Your chart recommended a 1001 on the older one and a 1005 on the newer one. I couldn’t see much difference between the two types from the pics online, so I just ordered 3 1005’s; one to replace on the older one for now (which had a broken spring), and 2 backups for future use.

The 1005 was fine on the CD301AT. So glad to have it working again!

Thanks so much! I really like my curling irons and didn’t want to go spend another $30 bucks to replace them. I have daughters, so they will get used for a while yet!

I am so happy I found your website! I had called my beautician (where I bought my iron) to see if she had extra springs, and no she didn't! After doing some of my own research, I came across this company Phew!! With that being said, I have a Hot Tools iron, model number 1110! I ordered the 1006 spring (actually two of them) and it worked perfect! I ordered my pieces on Monday 1-8-16, I got an email that same day saying they already shipped, and they were at my door by Thursday 1-11-16! Attached are the pictures of my iron, and the old and new springs! Top spring in picture is the old one, bottom spring is the new one!!

I received the springs today, fitted one set to my wife's Tongs in 5 minutes, very easy & my wife is very pleased with both of us ! Last time the spring broke on her tongs I had to get a complete new set for £25, so this is a big saving, plus I have a spare spring for next time. It's hard to believe that there are no other companies offering your great service. Happy New Year & good luck for the future.

For your information the Tongs are: Nicky Clark, "Hair Therapy Digital Tong" Model: NTS049 Spring #1005
