December 16, 2017

I replaced the spring (#1009) on my Jilbere Palladium Model JBPD125S. It was very simple and is working well.

Thanks!

Nancy H.

December 14, 2017

1. ION curling iron (no model number visible). Spring # 1007

2. TESTIMONIAL: At first I didn't think I had the correct replacement spring. Because my curling iron is a shorter version of the standard length, I believe that made it a little more difficult to work into the bracket that holds the spring. Also, because the springs I ordered were the stronger metal ones, it took some effort to hold it in place, but success was achieved and it fits beautifully. I'm so thankful these springs were available - I'm back in business!

I used the Spring (#1002) in a Hot Shots, Helen of Troy, curling iron, Model 1009. I found a video online on YouTube showing the exact way to install the spring and it works perfectly. I’m so glad I found your web site and I will definitely tell my friends.

I received my springs (#1005) and I’m so happy I ordered them. My curler is working as great as ever and I can’t believe how easy it was to fix it thanks to you. Really appreciated your impeccable service, have recommended you on my social media page.

Have a wonderful Christmas season!

November 4, 2017

The spring # 1007 totally works - like better than before. My husband says it’s actually longer than the original, but it still works perfect.

The curling iron model is Hot Tools model 1110 (1 1/4” barrel).

Thank you!

I bought the 1 inch springs # 1001 for my Hot Tool model 1181. It was easy to install. My curling iron is working as well as it did when I bought it. Thank you for getting the springs so quickly to me so I could use my iron. I bought 3 and I know I will tell everyone how quick and easy it was.

Thank you

Laura R.

October 22, 2017

I purchased the 1" 1005 for my Conair model #CD82J. It works wonderful. Installment was really easy too. This is the second time I have bought from your company. Very pleased!!!!

October 22, 2017

I have a Jilbere Curling iron that has a model number I could not find on your list. It's a Palladium Ceramic model # JBPD125S.
The spring is # 1009 - 1 3/16 long on a 1 1/4 barrel.

October 16, 2017

Hello, I was able to install the spring on my curling iron. I used the spring # 1007 based on the reviews and measurements. It is an Ion 1.5 ” curling iron Model SBS301196.

Installation was fairly easy I watched a youtube video beforehand. I did notice that the spring was the correct size compared to my old one in length but it was slightly wider. This did not end up being an issue as it compresses easily to fit beneath the panel. It was a bit tricky to clamp the spring under the panel while screwing it in, so I manually placed the screw and then tightened it after when my hands were free. Has good tension on the clamp. Will hopefully last!

October 16, 2017

I have received the springs (#1009) and installed one. It went in and works fine. It is a Hot Tools model 1109.

October 15, 2017

Brand: Ion w / 1.5 “ barrel, model # SBS301192. Spring replacement # 1007 1.250 length. Hopes this helps. Replacement spring is heavier gauge than original which makes clamp pressure better and the wife happy. Easy replacement that fits.

Dwain A.

October 14, 2017

My curling iron is a Hot Shot model 1005. Installation was easy and works as good as the spring that came with it. I wish there was a way to stop it from Squeaking but both springs had that issue. Spring # 1006

October 14, 2017

Hi, the replacement spring (#1005) we ordered fit Conair Model CD107TN. It now works great, so glad to find your web site.

Sharon T.

October 13, 2017

1. Hot Tools model is 1101 - Spring # 1001

2. We were glad that your company existed and carry these replacement springs. My wife mentioned that the curling iron did come with one spare spring, but I installed that a few years back. She was about ready to throw the curling iron out and I found your website. Purchased two just in case one is needed in the future. The spring was exceptionally easy to install.

3. We will definitely tell our family and friends.

Jules B.

September 29, 2017

Easy installation and so much less expensive than buying a new curling iron. This was my first time to replace a broken spring; I have always just purchased a new curling iron. I purchased three springs so I am ready for the next broken one!

Thank you,

September 2, 2017

The new spring (#1006) works great and was easy to replace. I was able to repair my wife's iron (T3 model #73575). Thanks.

Best regards,

John C.

September 2, 2017

Hi! Installation was very easy. I've ordered from your company before. I love my Tru Beauty extended barrel curling iron so much, I order your springs when mine breaks from normal wear. I don't know my model number, but your one inch spring #1001 works like a charm! Thanks for fast shipping too!

Tiffiny A.

September 1, 2017

My husband replaced the spring (#1003) without any problems, and my curling iron is as good as new.

Helen of Troy Gold Series Model #1006

Thank you!

August 26, 2017

The replacement spring I bought was not the correct size, however I knew that when I ordered it. It did fit the curling iron, and it works great. This curling iron is very old. It's a Revlon RV081. The spring I ordered was a 1 inch no roller, item # 1004. Thank you so much. This keeps perfectly good curling irons out of landfills, and in use.

Ronnie J.

August 16, 2017

I installed the new spring number 1006 on my Hot Tools, model 1006, Helen of Troy curling iron and it worked perfect - just like the day I bought it! I will be purchasing another spring to restore another Hot Tool iron.

Thanks,

Deborah D.

August 15, 2017

I was very surprised how fast I received my order. The spring #1005 was very easy to install, only a screwdriver was needed.

First, I was very impressed with how quickly I received my springs. Here is the info you requested!

My husband is my "curling iron spring installer" and had no issue doing so.

3. Please tell your friends and family that they can repair their broken curling iron when the spring breaks.
Your website was very helpful in helping me to determine which size spring I needed. If you need further info, let me know.

Sandra D.

August 8, 2017

The new spring (#1001) fit perfectly and was easy to install. Thanks for making it so easy to repair.

August 8, 2017

My curling iron is Paul Mitchell model # C10NA. I ordered 1006 replacement spring. When it came it looked like it would not work but I think it is now going to work. I have to squeeze it and get under square metal plate and screw down hard. It isn't exactly a perfect fit. It is wider than my older one. Hopefully it doesn't break soon.

Janice K.

August 7, 2017

Received today - wife thanks you.

1. After installing the new spring; please email us your curling iron brand and model number. We are trying to build a list of curling iron models and the springs that fit them.

Sure will.

August 6, 2017

1002 springs arrived. Fairly easy installation on a curling iron that has had several springs. Works great.

Thank you,

Sharon J.

August 5, 2017

My wife loves her "Hot Tools Pro 1181", they even come with 1 replacement spring! In our case the springs do not break, but the rollers fail, usually the hole on the spring wears larger and then the roller gets stuck on, or even "goes round the bend" She has a spare iron but we had used all of the spare springs. Had just used our last spare when we found you, so have not had to use yours yet, BUT was glad to notice that your rollers (spring #1002) are much wider, so unlikely to fail the same way. That is why I ordered the softer spring (#1001) as well, to get that wider spherical roller; you might consider mentioning that as a design improvement?

Many thanks,

Trevor T.

August 5, 2017

It was a Helen of Troy Professional Gold Series Model 1008. The installation was very simple and easy and I assume your spring (#1002) was slightly stronger than the original since the lady I did this for said it now worked better at holding her hair than the original spring did.

William D.

July 28, 2017

We just wanted to thank you very much for your fast response and shipping of the new spring (#1005) that I ordered for the repair of my wife's Gold N Hot hair curler Model GH2149. As a matter of fact I decided to buy three just in case another spring was to break in the future. Replacing and repairing the hair curler spring only took me five minutes and it works just like new. If anyone does need new springs for their hot hair curler, we will ensure they find out about your website so they can get new springs just as we did. We truly appreciate your help and assistance.

Sincerely regards,

Ken & Ruthanne A.

July 12, 2017

I replaced the spring on a Hot Shot model SBS-510318. It is easy to replace and works well. It's the second time I've replaced it (Spring # 1002). They don't last very long.

Thanks,

Steve R.

July 12, 2017

The curling iron says Helen of Troy but the book that came with the curling iron says Hot Shots. I narrowed down my selection by spring size and strength There were 4 springs that matched the same size (1") of the broken spring. I new it wasn't a Conair spring and I wanted my selection to last, so I went for the thicker metal. By the process of elimination I was left with only one choice (Model 1002). Installation was very simple/basic.

Frank F.

July 12, 2017

My curling Iron is a Revlon, 1 1/2" Barrel. I can't find a model #, it's very old....the spring (#1001) I ordered worked beautifully.

Thanks,

Connie R.

July 11, 2017

The model of my curling iron is a Conair CD82W Spring installation was very easy to do and spring (#1005) is working wonderfully! Thank you! So glad I found your website since the manufacturer would rather I buy a completely new curling iron even though it is working fine but for the spring which was not working well anymore.

Tami M.

July 10, 2017

Conair CD810

Spring (#1005) seems to fit fine.

July 10, 2017

Vidal Sassoon - Model 141
My wife has two Model 121 - 3/4" Vidal Sassoon curling irons and one Model 141 - 3/4". I have replaced the springs in the 141 several times and also had to make a wooden thumb press knob for it. See attached photo. Many of these irons were most likely thrown away, simply because of the broken spring or thumb press knob.

I did not install your spring (#1004) at this time as I still had one from my previous order of 4 springs. It takes less than one minute, no tools needed, to replace the spring. The Model 121's are spares in case needed. One iron has the roller ball the other does not.

I Hope this helps your research.

Bob S.

July 8, 2017

Curling iron is John Paul Mitchell Systems, Model C10NA. Easy to install. Bought two different model springs, 1” (#1002) that is a bit stronger, and the exact size, 1 3/16” (Spring # 1009).

Alex V.

July 3, 2017

My curling iron is a Plug (but the g is upside down) in Ged. That was what was on the iron, I no longer have the box. Spring (#1005) fit perfectly.

Teresa S.

July 1, 2017

I just replaced the spring (#1006) in my curling iron. It now works great! I have a T3 iron, model #73577.

June 27, 2017

My curling iron is Helen of Troy Model 1005. The spring (#1006) was easy to put in and fit just like the old one, but it might have been helpful to have some instructions.

Thanks,

Theresa G.

June 22, 2017

The spring arrived yesterday and it is an exact fit for my girlfriend's Hot Tools model 1101 iron. I ordered spring model 1002. The spring was very easy to replace. It took less than three minutes.

Thank You,

Scott D.

June 21, 2017

I was able to see on your site that someone else had the same Hot Tools #1181 and used your spring #1002. That is what I bought and it was a 20 second perfect fit.

Thanks,

Vaughn V.

June 21, 2017

Hi the curling iron was a Babyliss model no 2299U, the spring (#1005) fitted perfectly and was easy to install. I would recommend this website to my friends and family.

Andrea G.

June 21, 2017

You should have all of this information on my curling iron already as I have the same one that I keep breaking the springs on. Instead of buying a new iron, I just buy new springs (#1005). This time I ordered two! Thank you - they work great (until I break them again).

Jody F.

June 18, 2017

Just received the spring (#1005) last Friday and installed it. Perfect fit, thank you very much. The curling iron is an 1 1/4 ceramic Isinis. My wife had it for many years now and still works like day one thanks to the new spring.

Sincerely,

Eric L.

June 10, 2017

I am emailing you per your request to let you know the replacement (#1006) springs I ordered did work. I've only used the iron once but it seems to be working fine. My husband had to replace because the screws were too hard for me. I have a Helen of Troy professional iron, model 1006. ( I think its so small to read. )

Thank you,

Karen C.

June 7, 2017

I ordered 3 #1009 spring 1-3/16" with roller ball June 3 and received them June 6, 2017. Great service. I placed both of them side by side on the table and it was obvious they were both 1-3/16". Perfect fit.

June 3, 2017

Thank-you for the springs you sent me. Works great. You probably know I purchased the #1005. It works great on the "Babyliss Pro Max #385" which is a 38mm curling iron. Installation was a snap. You saved me a bunch of money and kept another curling iron out of the scrap pile.

Thanks so much.

Julien H.

May 15, 2017

May 12, 2017

Just a few words to let you know that I received the SPRINGS (#1007 prongs cut off) this AM and all seems to be in good shape. They seem to be a better fit this time.

Thank you for your troubles and concerns. It was nice dealing with you.

Curling Iron: Hot Tools Model # 1138

Sincerely,

Evelyn E.

*** Customer ordered five #1003 1½" springs; they were too long and didn't work. We recommended to the customer, the #1007 1¼" spring, and we would cut off the curved prong as shown in the picture above. We shipped her five of the modified 1007 1¼" springs and they worked perfectly. We are not sure the prongs actually needed to be removed; they may have worked with the prongs. ***

May 11, 2017

It is a Curlmaster Model # C 5-I-BC (C five - capital eye - B C). Spring # 1005

I fix things all the time. It was easy to fix and simple to install spring. The wife loves this curling iron she had it for many years and did not want to part with it. I had to fix it some how.

Thank you for having springs available.

David S.

May 10, 2017

Let me start off by saying this! If I did not know any better I would have assumed this was a factory direct part, (Spring #1005), it went in that easy. The unit is a BaByliss Pro™ Nano Titanium™ 1-1/4" Curling Iron BABNT125S The replacement even lines up with the wear mark of the old roller ball. This is the wife's favorite curler so thank you guys for providing excellent replacement springs.

Super fast shipping, too.

Much better than replacing the curling iron (best price I could find was $37!!).

April 15, 2017

Thank you very much for the spring (#1001). It is the correct spring, and I started to install it, and realized my screw was stripped that holds the spring in place. Frustrating. I'll have to try and remove it with pliers. Is there anyway I can get a couple of screws from you that will fit this model? I'll wait to hear back from you. Thank you so much, and am so happy that I found you on-line. I use several different types of curling irons, but mostly Hot Tools. I'm going to tell my friends and family about your website.

Model #: 1109 Hot Tools Brand

Thanks again,

Carole S.

April 15, 2017

The springs (#1006) worked perfectly fine and they arrive sooner than I expected. I really regret not ordering sooner. The springs were for a Hot Tools 1.5" barrel model 1102. Your online ordering was very user friendly. I'm so happy with my purchase, thank you!

April 14, 2017

I am finally getting back to you with a testimonial. (We had been on vacation for 2 weeks in March and just getting caught up on my email replies. lol)

I have a Paul Mitchell model #C15NA 1" curling iron and I ordered the 1007 replacement spring since several people with this model had ordered. I also the 1008 just in case this did not work and have a back up since several people on the testimony page had ordered this one with the same model # curling iron. I ordered two so I would have a backup if it broke again. I installed the 1007 and my curling iron is back feeling brand new again. Thanks so much for creating this site and manufacturing the springs to cut the cost of having to order a brand new curling iron.

Thanks again,

Ann D.

Today, I received the replacement springs, item number 1006. I replaced the spring in a "Hot Tools" curling iron, model number 1110. The install was easy, and it works superbly.

Thank you so much!

Linda H.

April 13, 2017

I picked the spring (#1006) I did because you already had a match for my wife's model. I can verify it fits if you need that. I also let her hairdresser know about buying springs as opposed to replacing the unit as she sold my wife the tool.

Thanks,

Matt H.

April 12, 2017

I was on the verge of buying a new curling iron when I came across your site. I'm so glad I did. I have a Hot Tools curling iron #1111 (2" barrel). I ordered spring# 1006 and it works perfectly! Problem completely solved. I followed your video on how to install the spring and had no problems at all. I only wished I had ordered more than one but I want to try it out first.

Thanks so much!!

April 12, 2017

Hello! I ordered both 1007 and 1009 springs for my CHI Air® Tourmaline Ceramic Curling Iron - 1 1/2" (ca1039) because I wasn't sure which would be best. 1007 has the bent ends like the original spring on this model; however it was too bulky to fit well. The 1009 fit perfectly. I was afraid it would slip out of place, but as soon as I screwed the handle back in place, I realized that this would not be an issue because the handle blocks it from moving out far enough to dislodge from the piece that holds it in place. So glad to have my curling iron back in functioning condition. Replacing it would have cost me $60, so this was a much cheaper option!

Thank you,

Ryanne B.

April 3, 2017

First of all, thanks for such quick shipping! I received my spring (s) today and within 3 minutes, it was done! I had no idea that you could order and replace springs in your curling iron! Believe me, I am spreading the news! My daughter, who gave me the "reject" iron, said, it was $40, just get a new one. I could not see buying a new iron because a little spring had become defective! The heating was perfect; the cord length was great; I loved the iron!

A quick search of the internet and some careful examination of my spring lead me to your company and a new life for my curling iron. It could not have been easier to pop off the stand to expose the screws. A few twists with a phillips screw driver and it was disassembled and reassembled. YOU can do this!

My curling iron is the Helen of Troy - Model 1008. I used the 1 inch spring with rollerball #1002.

Darla M.

March 31, 2017

I received the springs that I ordered (#1009) for my Rusk Heat Freak Curling Iron 32mm, model # IREHF125SC. Installing the spring took less than 5 minutes. I'm a very happy customer and will be telling anyone I know that replacement springs can be bought on your website.

Debbie A.

March 27, 2017

I received the springs (#1002) today and can't believe how fast they came and so appreciate it! Unlike my hairdresser I'm not good at using a curling iron without a spring. I should have ordered them sooner I knew the spring was on its last leg.

I have a really old Helen of Troy Professional gold curling iron and the spring work perfectly. The model says 1003.

Thanks again for the super quick shipping!!

Thank you,

March 12, 2017

This spring # 1002 worked fine on my wife's Hot Tools iron model 1102. It was very easy to install. Only took a minute or two. Much cheaper than buying a new iron.

Thanks!

What a satisfying experience! I received the replacement spring (#1009) before taking the vintage1969 appliance apart. I was delighted at how easy it was. And unlike the "set screw" arrangement I expected, the Vidal Sassoon (VS122) design had pre-drilled, custom slots especially designed for hiding, protecting and holding in place the specialty spring which fit perfectly. The barrel is a polished steel sleeve over a hard high impact plastic wand. Very slick. I am so happy to have been able to save it. It is now snappy and like new. The metal spring had fatigued and lost elasticity and snap over the past ten years. Before it finally gave up and broke. Now I know what to do if that ever happens again. I am ordering a new spring to keep on hand.

Sorry for delay in replying but we just installed the replacement spring #1007 to my daughter’s Babyliss Pro BABC125SC and it worked perfect. The other spring is a spare for my curling iron.

Thank you.

I have two of the Jilbere de Paris by Conair 1 ½ inch ceramic curling irons - model # SBS-345288. The springs (#1005) fit perfectly and made it like new again. Seeing the picture of it on your site made it much easier to select the right one.

Thanks,

Shari W.

March 7, 2017

I am so glad I found your company! I used the larger spring (#1003) on an Andis curling iron, model Cl-65. It was very easy to install.

Patricia W.

March 7, 2017

The curling iron was a Babyliss Pro Titanium 1 1/4" that belonged to my Daughter and I replaced the broken spring (#1009) which the ones I got from you fit perfectly and also replaced the stupid fiber washers that fell apart when I removed the screws with some nylon ones I had. Very easy to replace the spring and she's happy again. If you really have to have the serial number let me know and I'll call her as I returned the iron to her. Super fast shipping as they arrived Friday.

Thanks,

Bobby G.

Spring (#1001) received and installed per original...

The hair curling is a ‘SALON SERIES’ (STAMPED INTO THE METAL CURLING TUBE) BLACK PLASTIC HANDLE HAS MOLDED TEXT ‘Distributed by Dayton Hudson Corp. / made in China along with power specs... This unit is probably around 10 years old…

Thanks for being insightful enough to make these springs available…Who Knew ! ! !

I ordered 2 replacement springs #1008 and received them a day early and installed it today on an Ion 1" barrel curling iron model # SBS301193.

I got a replacement spring #1003 for the same iron almost 3 years ago but found it was stiff because the spring was thicker. I like the one that I got this time since it's easier to use.

Thank you!

I got my replacement spring # 1009 today for my old curling iron. Even though it isn’t a perfect match, it works and fit right into the spot that broke.

The curling iron I have is a Helen of Troy, Model 1601N. I think I purchased it sometime between 1995-2000. I have a second one that I keep in our motorhome to use when we travel and I know I purchased it in 2001. It doesn’t get used much so the spring is still pretty tight.

I am attaching a photo of my curling iron, along with a photo of the broken spring. You will be able to see the difference in the old spring and the one I purchased for your company. I went by dimensions in selecting which one to purchase from you.

Thanks so much for providing this service. It’s a shame we get so used to old items that we don’t want to make a change.

I received my replacement springs (#1004) today. They are for my Vidal Sassoon model VS103 curling iron. I don't have any problem replacing these springs and love this model curling iron. I have used these irons for years and unable to purchase them in local stores anymore. I don't know what I will do when these no longer function for me!

Thank you,

Kathie F.

Thank You

Thanks for the great service! I'm excited to get my springs and get my curling iron back up and running :)

February 12, 2017

The model is a Revlon RV035.

The measurement was easy to do, but the choice between the heavier or lighter spring was not as easy based on your pictures. I ultimately checked other Revlon products and what springs fit them, then chose the heavier spring type (#1002) and it seems fine. My wife is happy, which after all is what I was looking for!

🙂

Thanks for having this service!

Hi. Received order today. (Springs #1001 & #1002)

Thanks for your help!

Justine B.

February 7, 2017

I am so pleased with your service. The spring broke Monday and my wife handed me the hot Ion curling iron. I disassembled and figured someone would have replacement springs. Your website popped up on google. Within minutes I saw that others with an Ion had ordered a 1007 spring and the measurements seemed right and for $3.50, how wrong could it be. The spring amazingly arrived Tuesday and I replaced the spring in 2-3 minutes. That's a $60 curling iron saves for a $3.50 spring. We will certainly tell anyone we know.

Best regards,

Jim C.

February 6, 2017

The spring I ordered was easy to install and fits just fine on my curling iron which is a Conair, model # CD87W. I bought 2 springs #1005 (one as a backup). Nice to have a replacement part available for a quick fix!

Marcia L.

February 5, 2017

We are so pleased – received the spring (#1005) quickly and installed it in a Heat Master 5/8” curling iron model # 763104. It was a simple process to install and iron works like brand new.

It is hard to find this size iron and I had thrown away 2 of the same model. Only wished we had thought to look for replacement springs.

Thank you for good service ( and we hope your Dad is feeling much better.)

Good luck with building your list.

John and Twyla H.

February 2, 2017

The curling iron is a Conair CD301CS. No problems installing the Springs (#1005) and according to my Wife, the curling iron works great again.

Thank You,

Mark A.

January 31, 2017

Thank you for the note. I received the springs a few days ago and was able to try them in my iron. Both springs work for my iron and I have noted the information below to assist with posting guidance for other customers. I think it is great that you do this, it was very helpful for me in determining which ones to purchase.

Curling Irons:
Ion 1 1/2" #301192
Ion 1 1/2" #301196
Both Springs #1009 and #1007 fit both irons.

The springs were simple to install. The heavier spring #1007 is definitely a little harder to press given the thickness and holds a tighter grip on the hair. Both springs work, just the users preference on how hard they want to press with their thumb to open the iron. Delivery was prompt and reliable.

Thank you.

Cathy B.

January 31, 2017

Received the springs (#1001) yesterday, and installed it this morning on my Conair CD82Z. Super easy to install! Seems to fit very well, but haven't actually tried it as of yet.

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Danielle B.

UPDATE: 4/10/2017 Just an FYI, it's 2.5 months later, and the springs still working GREAT!

January 30, 2017

Fabulous service! Great pics on the web site for comparison and measurement! The replacement was for an Ion brand (Sally Beauty Supply ) one inch diameter 450 degree curling iron. Thanks for your outstanding help and super quick service. Installation was super easy! (Spring #1007)

January 30, 2017

Replacement spring 1006 was used to repair my Paul Mitchell model C10NA. The spring would've been a better fit if the brackets turned outward instead of inward but the thickness of the spring is more sturdy and durable.

January 24, 2017

The curling Iron I used the spring (#1001) for was a Helen of Troy model 1006. Picture of label attached.

Very easy to do - three phillips screws remover the old spring, install the new. Took about 3 minutes to complete the job.

The roller on the old spring had lost its shape and would catch, keeping the clamp part from closing.

Works perfect now.

Thanks,

Ken and Linda W.

January 23, 2017

Spring (#1006) fits fine - Helen of Troy model 1005 spring also looks like it will fit Hot Shot Tools model 1008.

January 23, 2017

I received the springs (#1009). I do not have the model number for my curling iron, but it is an Argon Heat One 'N Only.

Thanks,

Tricia B.

January 21, 2017

The curling iron spring (#1009) worked out great. I actually attached pictures so you can see my curling iron and model....I don't have the box or paper anymore, so I figured a picture would be best.

This was a +40 dollar curling iron and I knew I could easily fix it if I had a new spring. I just googled, "curling iron springs" and your website was at the top of the list. I followed the measuring instructions and ordered what I needed. I'm so glad it worked and it saved me from buying another expensive curling iron!

Thanks for the help!

I received my order on Jan 20. great service. I replaced two springs #1005 one is "Salon Series" distributed by Dayton Hudsun, quite old, I think. the other is Conair instant heat, adjustable heat setting ring. Don't know model numbers. Both with 1/2 or 5/8 inch barrel, not sure which. Installation was easy.

Roy S.

January 18, 2017

The model number is 1181. A Hot Tools curling iron. Spring #1002 Your Web site is Awesome! Like it says...just measure your spring length and order! One point before you order...check the base of your old spring. Is your broken spring straight or have a 90 degree bend. Install took 2 minutes! Your up and running!

Thanks again!

Rob D.

January 13, 2017

I purchased (2) #1002 curling iron springs. They arrived very quickly, were easy to replace, and work perfectly on my Pro Beauty curling iron ( 1" barrel - model # PBIR 1874). I will not have to throw away and replace a quality curling iron because of a small part failure. I am very pleased!

Thank you!

Judy G

January 12, 2017

The 1005 spring received fit the "Salon Series" (small diameter barrel) curling iron perfectly. Installation was very easy !!!! Will inform my hair dresser about spring source & ease of installation.

January 9, 2017

I just received the spring (#1002) and installed. Works great on my wife's Andis model CI-44 curling iron. She commented that she thought the new spring was much better than the OEM. Thanks so much.

January 7, 2017

I just received my replacement spring for my Ion Curling Iron. I purchased the 1009 spring and it fit my iron perfectly! $7.00 for a new spring was so much better than paying $40.00 or more for a new iron! Thanks Replacement Springs for having exactly what I needed! It was shipped to me within a week and it was so easy to replace! Your video was so helpful, even a child could do it! You guys are the best!! I will always use you again if I need to!!!

Hi, The spring ((#1002) arrived yesterday and installed into my Hot Tools model 1101 easily.

Thank you!!!

Beverly D.

January 6, 2017

Good afternoon. I received the springs a few minutes ago (as estimated by tracking) and replaced the broken spring quickly and easily. I ordered springs 1005 and 1007 since both were listed for the CHI model 1038. As suspected, the 1007 is the perfect fit - 1 1/4" with the curved prongs. Maybe the 1005 worked for some others. But the 1007 is identical to the old, broken spring on our model.

Thanks,

John W.

January 4, 2017

Hi! I received the spring today. My Chi curling iron is old and I could not find a model number. By size and by matching it to pictures on your list, my iron matched CA1035, 1-1/2 inch barrel, 1 inch spring with “1002” spring tested by “Mary”. However, my old spring had been replaced by a company rep while in warranty and had an oval roller ball so I ordered “1005” and it fit perfectly and was simple to install.

I’m so grateful to have found this site. My iron is old but works perfectly and is one of two irons that I have used daily over the past 5-6 years. I plan to use it until it stops heating or the finish wears off.

Thank you!

Glenda T.

January 3, 2017

Thank you for helping me get the right spring (#1001). It took me 5 min. to take it apart and install the new spring. The curling iron is a Plugged In Ged and the model No is TPC0825. Thanks again for you help. Have a safe and healthy new year.

Clancy W.

January 3, 2017

I got the spring (#1004) for a vintage VIDAL SASSOON Model VS103 Professional Mini Hair CURLING IRON Wand ½ inch. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to place it on the wand, but your site’s general instructions were helpful enough.

Thanks,

Linda W.
