Mr. Clark my Curling Iron Brand is Helen of Troy Model 1005 & Model 1006. I ordered the 1” springs (#1006) to fit both models. I replaced the spring on Model 1005 and works great, installation was easy (thanks YouTube).
Thank you for the speedy delivery, delivered 8-26-2021. I will definitely order again when needed.

Thank you so much for sending the springs and for your very kind thought sending the 1005 spring. I found the metal gauge slightly bigger causing interference problem, which has minimised with a bit of use. Due to the fact I needed to shorten spring foot length slightly and to put a small right angle bend in same for security as original. I thought the extra supplied 1005 would be better due to less stress with ball fitted, but did not use originally as didn’t risk it going wrong with a 1 only spring, so works with 1004, and would be slightly better with 1005, which will fit when spring fails eventually.

Received the replacement springs yesterday. Installed the spring & got the curling iron operational in about 5 minutes...extremely quick & easy install!!

Your spring Item #1001 - 1” fits nicely the curling iron Windmere Solid Gold Model C-340H-6. Diameter is 3/4”
The other spring we bought was Item 1007. It will probably fit too, but I didn’t try it.

I just received the replacement springs #1012 - 1-1/4 inch and replaced the broken one in this ION curling iron model 301182. The replacement was very easy, it took less than 5 minutes. Thank you for your help! I’m so happy to have it working again.
